Bayanihan Lab Network is designed to empower leaders, policymakers, and students to address societal challenges. They focus on fostering collaboration and critical thinking in areas like governance, sustainability, and urban innovation.  The "City Learning Tour" (CLT) Methodology Instead of traditional classroom learning, BLN uses experiential "City Learning Tours." They organize delegations such as Philippine Vice Mayors, barangay captains, and university students and bring them to Kaohsiung, Taiwan. These tours immerse participants in real-world environments to observe:  • Smart city governance and AI-driven infrastructure.  • Grassroots innovation and community resilience.  • Disaster response systems and environmental protection.
