「國際人才轉化與產業連結啟動晚宴」(敬請於5月17日前回覆出席單位及人數)

高雄醫學大學將於 2026年5月22日（五）13:00–16:00 舉辦
「國際人才實業媒合就業博覽會」，誠摯邀請南台灣企業共同參與，與來自菲律賓、美國、加拿大及台灣的國際學生、青年專業人才及相關培訓學員進行職缺媒合、面試與產業交流。
本次活動以 「高雄作為全球人才供應鏈關鍵節點」 為核心概念，期望協助企業及早接觸具備國際移動力、語言能力與跨文化溝通能力的人才，並聚焦南台灣重點產業需求，包括：半導體、AI、醫療科技、生技、電子製造、智慧製造、國際商務、工程技術及相關服務產業等。
敬請有意參與之企業，先至以下平台註冊公司帳號、建立企業資料，並上傳可能職缺或實習／培訓機會：
平台將協助學生與人才建立專業履歷，並讓企業可提前瀏覽人才資料、發布職缺、安排線上或現場面試，作為後續人才媒合與招募合作的基礎。
當日下午將安排企業現場面試攤位，提供企業與人才面對面交流。攤位免費提供，最多20攤，額滿為止。 每攤位基本配置包含：阿里山帳 300×300 公分、長條桌2張、塑膠椅3張、攤位掛牌及插座3個。企業可自行準備展板、易拉展、公司簡介、職缺資訊或文宣品；如需進一步品牌展示或特殊裝潢，也可依需求自行設計搭建。
企業可依需求選擇參與方式，包括：提供職缺、參與線上面試、參與下午現場面試攤位、企業品牌曝光、人才交流媒合等，不一定限於立即徵才，也歡迎以未來人才儲備、實習合作或產學交流方式參與。

We are honored to invite Dr. Joane V. Serrano, Chancellor of the University of the Philippines Open University, to deliver a special online message on the 9-Credit Borderless Semiconductor Talent Development Philippine CHED -Certified Micro-Credentials Program.
Chancellor Serrano will share the significance of this program as a new model for borderless education, Taiwan–Philippines industry–academia collaboration, and international talent development. Her message will highlight how micro-credentials can help prepare Filipino and international talents for the semiconductor, AI, and emerging technology industries.

Dr. Kao will introduce Kaohsiung Medical University, highlighting its academic strengths, research capacity, international collaboration, and role in cultivating future biomedical and healthcare talents.
The session will also present how AI applications in medicine are transforming healthcare, including precision medicine, medical data analysis, clinical decision support, and emerging opportunities for interdisciplinary talents in biomedical science, AI, and healthcare innovation.
