Taiwan as a Global Talent Transformation Hub We are GSTA (Global Semiconductor Talent Accelerator), an international platform connecting global talent with Taiwan’s semiconductor and AI industries. Our mission is to build a cross-border talent pipeline centered in Taiwan, linking key global regions including North America, Europe, Japan, the Philippines, and Southeast Asia. Through structured training programs, internships, and industry collaboration, we enable international students to gain real-world experience in Taiwan while helping companies access high-quality global talent. GSTA is positioned as a talent transformation hub, bridging education, industry, and international mobility. We are currently expanding our global presence and actively recruiting international interns across North America, Europe, Japan, the Philippines, and Southeast Asia to support market development, university partnerships, and talent acquisition.
