Home 2 Taiwan (H2TW) is a donation and talent-bridging platform that empowers Filipino migrant workers and students in Taiwan. Powered by key institutions including the Taiwan–Philippines IUSR Network (led by Kaohsiung Medical University, UP Open University, Edu-Connect Southeast Asia) and the Lai Pen Yuan Cultural Foundation, H2TW turns migration into a pathway for professional growth and personal transformation. Through targeted programs and services, H2TW ensures workers remain motivated, skilled, and prepared whether they choose to stay or return home with direction.
