Our R&D team consists primarily of researchers from Academia Sinica, who have long been dedicated to cancer screening research and have achieved significant breakthroughs across multiple oncology fields. We aspire to translate these research achievements into clinical medical diagnostics, providing optimal solutions for currently highly unmet medical needs in cancer screening, and developing fast and precise testing modules to contribute to the advancement of human health.

Key Responsibilities (工作職掌)

• Coordinate R&D projects to ensure timely execution and milestone achievements.

• Act as the primary liaison for technical collaborations and partnerships.

• Conduct technical experiments and verifications to support product/process development.
  (技術實驗與驗證)

• Compile, organize, and maintain technical data and documentation.
  (技術資料整理)

• Oversee and execute the improvement and maintenance of production equipment.
  (負責生產設備的改善與維護)

Requirements & Qualifications (職位要求)

• Hands-on laboratory skills with experience in basic experimental operations.

• Strong literacy in technical documentation, with the ability to read, comprehend, and analyze technical literature.

• Excellent logical and analytical thinking skills for effective problem-solving.
