Our mission is to build a cross-border talent pipeline centered in Taiwan, linking key global regions including North America, Europe, Japan, the Philippines, and Southeast Asia. Through structured training programs, internships, and industry collaboration, we enable international students to gain real-world experience in Taiwan while helping companies access high-quality global talent. GSTA is positioned as a talent transformation hub, bridging education, industry, and international mobility. We are currently expanding our global presence and actively recruiting international interns across North America, Europe, Japan, the Philippines, and Southeast Asia to support market development, university partnerships, and talent acquisition.
Job Description
GSTA (Global Semiconductor Talent Accelerator) is launching its Global Ambassador Program to expand our international talent network.
We are looking for a North America-based student to represent GSTA and help promote Taiwan’s semiconductor and AI talent programs.
Responsibilities:
- Represent GSTA in your university or local network
- Promote Taiwan-based internship and training programs
- Build connections with student organizations and departments
- Support outreach, recruitment, and partnership development
- Assist in organizing info sessions or local events
What you will gain:

Requirements:
- Currently studying in North America (US or Canada preferred)
