Job Requirement
Home 2 Taiwan is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Assistant to support our growing education and research initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to build a career in academic support, cultural research, or educational program management.
Key Responsibilities
Research Support: Assist in gathering data, conducting literature reviews, and organizing archival materials related to Taiwan-focused research projects.
Educational Coordination: Help develop and distribute educational content, coordinate schedules for workshops, and manage student or participant inquiries.
Content Preparation: Draft and proofread reports, presentations, and newsletters in English.
Administrative Tasks: Provide general office support, including data entry, file management, and basic logistics for events.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field.
Language Skills:
English: Native or professional fluency (written and spoken) is required.
Mandarin: Intermediate proficiency is preferred to facilitate communication with local partners and navigate local resources.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic research databases.
Attributes: Strong organizational skills, a high level of curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
